• Late payments may result in service suspension

Kovance shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits or business opportunities
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Technical failures or third-party issues outside of our control

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are not made
